What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, or Django.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Collaboration: Ability to work asynchronously and effectively in a globally distributed team.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like Next.js or Svelte.
Previous experience working in agile environments.
