What you’ll do

As a Contract Senior Product Designer at Truva, you will engage in hands-on design initiatives for our B2B SaaS products and websites. This role emphasizes active collaboration and direct contribution to our design processes, working closely with product and engineering teams. Your focus will be on developing innovative, user-centered design solutions that enhance our offerings and align with our business goals. Responsibilities

Team Collaboration: Work alongside product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and impactful designs.
Design Execution: Take charge of a broad range of design tasks, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
Strategic Input: Provide insights and perspectives on design strategy, helping to guide the evolution of our product suite.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of design excellence, ensuring all deliverables are both visually appealing and functionally sound.

Required Skills

Design Expertise: A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing B2B SaaS products and websites, demonstrated by a portfolio showcasing strong design skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Tool Proficiency: Advanced skill in essential design tools such as Figma, and familiarity with collaboration and project management tools like Jira and Slack.
Collaborative Approach: A proven track record of effective teamwork, contributing to a positive and productive design team environment.
Effective Communication: Strong communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating design concepts and engaging constructively with feedback.
